    5) DATA PROCESSING WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR CONTRACT EXECUTION

According to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data is collected and processed when you provide it to us to execute a contract or open a customer account. The specific data collected is shown in the respective input forms. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the controller’s contact details mentioned above. 6.2 Sending of Email Newsletters to Existing Customers

If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to send you regular offers via email for similar goods or services from our range to those you have already purchased. We do not need to obtain separate consent from you for this. The data processing in this regard is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send any emails. You have the right to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future by notifying the responsible party mentioned at the beginning. You will only incur transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. After receiving your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be stopped immediately.

7) DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER PROCESSING

7.1

Your payment data will be forwarded to the commissioned credit institution as part of the payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used,

we will explicitly inform you below. The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7.2 Use of Payment Service Providers

- PayPal

For payments via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, we pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of payment processing. The transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.

PayPal reserves the right to conduct a credit check for payment methods such as credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be transmitted to credit agencies based on PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your ability to pay (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of non-payment is used by PayPal to decide whether to provide the respective payment method.

Credit reports may contain probability values (so-called score values), which are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other factors, is included in the calculation of the score values. For further data protection information, including the credit agencies used, please refer to PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.

You can object to the processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the responsible party for data processing.

9) USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA: SOCIAL PLUGINS

Our website uses social plugins ("Plugins") from the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook").

To enhance the protection of your data when visiting our website, these buttons are not fully integrated as plugins but are only embedded in the page using an HTML link. This ensures that when a page on our website containing such buttons is accessed, no direct connection is established with Facebook’s servers. If you click the button, a new browser window opens and loads Facebook’s page, where you can interact with the plugins (if necessary, after logging in).

Facebook Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, ensuring compliance with European data protection standards.

Further information on data collection and processing by Facebook, as well as your rights and settings to protect your privacy, can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

9.2 Google+ Plugins with Shariff Solution

Our website uses social plugins from the social network Google+, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

These plugins are embedded using an HTML link to protect your data. Further details on Google’s data collection and privacy settings can be found here: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

9.3 Instagram Plugin with Shariff Solution

Our website also uses social plugins from Instagram, operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram").

10) ONLINE MARKETING
10.1 DoubleClick by Google
This website uses DoubleClick by Google, an online marketing tool operated by Google LLC.

DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant ads and prevent duplicate ads. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in optimizing our website’s marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

More information about Google’s privacy policy can be found here: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

We use Google AdWords to advertise our offers. Conversion tracking allows us to analyze campaign performance.

Cookies are used for tracking and can be disabled via browser settings. Further information on Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de.

Please note that some website functions may be limited if cookies are disabled.

11) WEB ANALYSIS SERVICES Google (Universal) Analytics

Google Universal Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, which ensures the anonymization of the IP address by shortening it and thus excludes direct personal reference. Through this extension, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the European Economic Area Agreement before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with further services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and its processing by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Alternatively, instead of using a browser plugin or within browsers on mobile devices, click the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent future data collection by Google Analytics within this website (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again): Disable Google Analytics

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows conducted via a user ID. When a page is accessed for the first time, the user is assigned a unique, permanent, and anonymized ID that is set across devices. This allows interaction data from different devices and sessions to be assigned to a single user. The user ID does not contain any personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.

You can object to data collection and storage via the user ID at any time with effect for the future. To do this, you must deactivate Google Analytics on all systems you use, such as another browser or mobile device.

Deactivation can be carried out using a Google browser plugin (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

12) RETARGETING/REMARKETING/RECOMMENDATION ADVERTISING

Facebook Custom Audience via Pixel Method

This website uses the "Facebook Pixel" from Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). With explicit consent, this allows user behavior to be tracked after

they have seen or clicked on a Facebook advertisement. This method helps evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and can contribute to optimizing future advertising efforts.

The collected data is anonymous to us, meaning we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of users. However, Facebook stores and processes the data, making a connection to the respective user profile possible. Facebook may use this data for its own advertising purposes according to its data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). This allows Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for this purpose.

These processing operations occur only with explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for using the Facebook Pixel can only be given by users who are at least 13 years old. If you are younger, please ask your legal guardians for permission.

Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

To disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can adjust your internet browser settings so that no more cookies are stored, or already stored cookies are deleted. However, disabling all cookies may result in some functions on our website not being fully usable.

You can also disable the use of cookies by third-party providers, such as Facebook, on the Digital Advertising Alliance website: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/

    13.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT

If we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.

If you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing the relevant data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for such advertising. If you object, we will cease processing your personal data for direct advertising purposes.

14) DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The retention period for personal data is based on the respective legal retention period (e.g., commercial and tax retention periods). After this period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or initiation and there is no legitimate interest in further retention.
